Partnering with the City of Dallas and lending partners, Dallas Housing Foundation is building and selling homes in South Dallas targeted to families with Household income of 80%-120% of the Area's Median Income.
The 3 and 4 bedroom / 2 bath homes are well constructed, insulated, and energy-efficient leveraging smart home technology. Homes built by Dallas Housing Foundation are not only cost-efficient and environmentally friendly but built to last.
